What an engagement looks like

Every engagement starts from an existing system, not from a blank page. We map what is already running, decide what the platform should own, and only then write code. The delivery is a working system in your infrastructure, with the operating knowledge handed over to your team.

The work usually falls into one of a few shapes: deploying a self-hosted MCP server, connecting business tools and data to AI models, building agent teams that execute real workflows, or bringing an in-house team up to speed. Longer-running setups are covered by infrastructure management.
